Brian Scott 6AM - 9AM
brian.scott@flyfmkingston.com
I hail from Chatham, Ontario, which is also where I got my start in radio. It’s a journey that has taken me to London, Ottawa, Toronto and now Kingston.
Kingston really is a great combination of many of the things that I've enjoyed about the other cities in which I have lived. Historic, friendly, attractive, great location and that right balance of not-too-big, not-too-small.
I'm thrilled to be able to play a small part in the life of this city. It's a great feeling that I hope translates every morning on the radio.
Shauna Cunningham 6AM - 9AM

Reunited and it feels so good!!
I am so very happy to have Brian Scott back in the studio every morning. (even though he's a bit grumpy for the first hour or so!). Here's to a great second chapter of our time together on air.
Carl Richards - 9AM - Noon & Richards On The Road
carl.richards@flyfmkingston.com
Carl Richards was born and raised in Hamilton, Ontario but finds himself quite at home in Kingston. “Wow! People are so friendly here, and…look at a all the amazing places to eat!?” His love of radio has taken him to stations in Kenora, Fort Frances, Welland, Cornwall, and now Kingston. When he’s not serving up Today’s Best Music, Carl can be found speaking at a Toastmasters, acting in local theater productions and preparing something yummy in the kitchen…Chicken Jackson anyone?! Carl keeps you up to date with what’s going on in your community and around the world!
Dan Mellon Noon - 3PM
dan.mellon@flyfmkingston.com
Born on a chicken farm in Eastern Ontario, I quickly learned the benefit of using free-range eggs when making a western sandwich. This is my second time around at FLY-FM. I was here for the turn of the millennium, and now after a five-year hiatus, I am back, both as FLY-FM’s Program Director and Midday host! Listen in each weekday for your chance to win some cool stuff, as well as the best of the 70’s and 80’s during the “Retro Bistro” in the noon hour. I have come a long way from the chicken farm, but enjoy a nice chicken dinner from time to time! Roasted, pan-fried, stir-fried, deep-fried, par-boiled, baked, braised, sautéed, it doesn’t matter. Thanks for listening!
Candace Drover 3PM - 7PM
candace.drover@flyfmkingston.com
It all started back in Brampton. A shy little sixth grader forced into reading the school announcements. Look at me now, I get paid to talk on the radio. My career has taken me to Barrie and now Kingston. I have a lot of exploring to do and I think I'll start with the waterfront. I could spend hours by the water. I can't wait 'til my 1st Summer here -'cause I really am a flip-flop kinda girl. I love the color yellow, the band Great Big Sea, and belting out my favorite tunes at karaoke.
Thanks for Listening, and feel free to email me your suggestions of where I should explore and don't forget your requests for fly on demand too!
Matthew Bisson - News

I grew up in the town of Port Hope before going on to study Radio Broadcasting at Humber College In Toronto. In my spare time I volunteer with CFRC - Queen's University Radio, listen to music (Bob Dylan, Beatles, The Clash) and cheer on my favorite teams (Toronto Maple Leafs, Manchester United).
John Pereira - News
john.pereira@flyfmkingston.com
I was born and raised in a small town just outside of London Ontario, and if you haven't heard of Strathroy, I wouldn't blame you. I am a graduate of Fanshawe College and am thrilled to be part the news team here at FLY. I'm still adjusting to the life of an adult with a serious job and a serious girlfriend, and am happy to be doing it all in such a wonderful city. Join me in the afternoons for your up to date, news, sports and weather.
Mike Reid - Swing

I was born and raised in beautiful Montreal and “yes” I do speak French. Dare me, and I may try a little out on the air sometime. I’ve been living in Kingston and The 1000 Islands for about three years and love it.
Favourite K-Town Events:
Buskers Rendez-Vous in the summer & Febfest in the winter.
Most Memorable Moment:
Watching Jenna Lambert (15 yrs with cerebral palsy) emerge from Lake Ontario after swimming 24km.
Guilty Pleasure:
I really like Kelly Clarkson…she rocks! Catch me filling in for whomever on FLY FM OR, I am also on brother station 98.9 The Drive from 3:00pm to 8:00pm.
Jen Andrews - Special Occasions
jen.andrews@flyfmkingston.com
As the promotions and Marketing director of FLY-FM, I get the chance to usually make things happen behind the scenes, but occasionally, I get to hit the airwaves, and bring lots of goodies from the prize closet with me! Because I have the key, I get to give away all the good stuff that the other FLY announcers don’t have access to! I love flashy clothes, expensive jewelry, and fast cars! When I walk into a room, I am the center of attention! There are a lot of people who wish they were me, but there can only be one! ME! I like to hang on FLY-FM from time to time, and look forward to you listening to my show.
